This is the latest addition to a Necromunda Ork gang I am trying to put together at the moment. Orks always carry Gretchin around to do all the boring stuff, so the gang couldn't be complete without at least a couple of them. For this one I used again my favourite basing method, which basically is a combination of mesh and some brightly coloured metal pane floor - I really think it brings out the sci fi aspect of these minis. I added a white star decal from an old model kit on the floor, as the mini itself is quite small so there was quite a lot of dead space there. Also a tiny white star on his bandana!
It's funny how under original Necromunda rules, which was basically WH40k second edition, Gretchin were more or less equivalent in statistics with an average Human. Now, if you look at the stats, Gretchin have become quite weak and soft - contrary to the average Ork which under current rules is a proper killing machine, even without any special equipment.
